Media personality, Blessed Godsbrain Smart, popularly on-air as Captain Smart has idolized the late Santo, says he is the greatest actor of all time.

Captain Smart stated that ever since the legend departed from this world, the Ghana Movie Industry has done it best to produce a lot of great actors and actresses but the legacy of the great Santo will forever be a mark in the industry because none can be compared to him.
Captain Smart made this known while telecasting a short video of the actor translating English to Twi.
“May his soul rest in peace. His memories shall never be forgotten and his legacies will last forever. No Ghanaian actor can match be matched with him.” He said.
John Evans Kwadwo Bosompem also known as Bob Santo or Santo as his stage name, was a Ghanaian comedian. He featured in movies speaking Akan. He usually acted with his close compatriot, Judas.
