Ghanaian Hiplife/ Hip Hop rapper Sarkodie has shown his appreciation to media personality Tilly Akua Nipaa for her comments over the alleged ‘luck stealing’ allegations.

Earlier, Tilly in a panel discussion on Accra based Zylofon FM stated that Sarkodie doesn’t need to spiritually ‘rob’ any young and talented up and coming rapper of his/ her luck as he understands how the system works and the things to do to stay relevant in the music industry.
She said as big as the rapper is, he always makes sure he drops a music video with any hit song he drops which is not very common in most top musicians of his status.
The renowned media personality added Sarkodie in 2020 re-introduced himself to the Ghanaian public and the whole wide world as a new emerging artist with his constant posts on social media site Instagram and this has made him one of the hottest musicians in the country and on the continent.
Sarkodie has been accused of robbing the luck of young, talented and emerging rappers in the music scene after they either follow him for mentor-ship or work with him with many citing rapper Strongman as a typical example of these allegations.
She debunked the rumors of the rapper robbing the luck of young rappers saying Ghanaians always give a timeline for top musicians to reign before they fade away, and if you still relevant after their timeline, they begin to find ‘obvious’ reasons for you.
The boss of SarkCess Music Group and the leader of SarkNation in showing his apreciation to Tilly over her comments retweeted the video with the caption ”Tilly of Life”.
