Nollywood actress and philanthropist Tonto Dikeh has finally launched her birthday giveaways officially and has outlined some rules on how fans can win.
The massive birthday giveaway has been dubbed “The King Tonto Luxury Birthday Giveaway” and her fans can’t get over her generosity. Tonto Dikeh has taken to Instagram to announce the rules governing the massive giveaway on her birthday.
