Gyan takes the first spot as the richest active Ghanaian footballer.
He currently plies his trade in the Turkish top-flight for Kayserispor and he is one of the top earners at the club.
Until his move to Kayserispor from Shanghai SIPG, he was the highest paid footballer in Ghana through on course salary and many endorsements and sponsorship deals with big brands around the world.
He is Africa’s top goal scorer in the World cup history. In 2015, he was paid a weekly salary of £227,000 Shanghai SIPG.
