A viral news item we just sighted on myjoyonline.com indicates that the Senior House-master of Kumasi Senior High Technical School (KSHTS), Samuel Patterson, has allegedly impregnated a female student of the school and has caused her to abort it.
The report says the unnamed the student had a bad smell coming out of her which prompted her mates who were present at that time to report to the authorities after which she was rushed to a hospital near the school.
After initial assessments, the clinic referred her to the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH) where it was determined that the foetus died inside her due to the concoctions she took.
The Ashanti Regional Director of Education, Mary Owusu Achiaw, has already asked that Patterson be arrested over the matter.
Madam Owusu Achiaw has also reportedly ordered the Senior Housemaster’s interdiction and immediate vacation from the campus of the school.
