Young children receiving cancer treatment were put at high risk. This is due to the fact that cancer drugs for children receiving treatment at the Kenyatta National Hospital have run out.

Most parents are now forced to buy the drugs expensively from other private owned pharmacies.

Parents who can’t afford the drugs from the private pharmacies are forced to skip the treatment.

The problem is said to be in existence for over two months now. One parent stated clearly that they have had to endure this situation since July.
