‘Me Hia Odo’ hitmaker, Kwaisey Pee has alleged that the so-called historic union between Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy is probably a smokescreen meant to rip off their huge fan-base financially and nothing else.
“The case is still court as we speak and for them to come out shortly after the incident and say they have united and the whole peace concert thing makes it a pure business. I mean everybody likes peace but I fell that reconciliation is purely commercial,” he stated on Asempa FM’s Tête-à-Tête Weekend Entertainment show.
That notwithstanding, the silky-voiced entertainer urged organizers of the Peace concert to tighten up security to avoid any unforeseeable misfortune. “We all know most of the fans of Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale are street boys so when there is a misunderstanding during the programme, we can imagine what will happen, bearing in mind that the fans of these two are not in support of their union,” he added.
Kwaisey Pee used to be one of the most sought after Highlife musicians in the country but his inability to produce any hit song for a long time has relegated his name to background in recent times.
