Did Shatta Wale Just Say He Will Go Into 'Sakawa' If Music Doesn't Pay?

There has been a widespread notion that several Ghanaian artistes are into Sakawa, the local slang for cyber-fraud obviously for the fact that the music terrain has proven to be very tough for some of them.

Edem corroborated this assertion yesterday, Feb 22 on Luv FM in Kumasi when he said majority of his colleagues are really into Sakawa although he failed to mention names.

On that note, multiple award-winning Dancehall artiste, Shatta Wale somewhat substantiated the same theory when he jokingly said if music doesn’t pay him in future, he will drop the mic and head straight to the cafe.
