Ghanaian radio personality and entertainment pundit, Ola Michael has opined that Dancehall act, Charles Nii Armah Mensah, well known by fans as Shatta Wale should be commended and celebrated for selling Ghana to the world after he featured American star, Beyonce.
Ola Michael stated that according to online algorithms, Shatta Wale is the biggest artiste in Africa at the moment.
During Saturday’s Entertainment Review on Peace FM, Ola Michael said Shatta Wale’s feature with Beyonce is the biggest deal ever to be made in the history of Ghana’s Music Industry.
“This is our biggest hit, so it does not matter if he’s the main focus, the small moments his name appears is huge for us”, he said.
“This is an economic chain that comes from Beyonce, through Shatta Wale to the very last person in the country. Me, I want to worship him now before he dies,”he added.
