Recall the two were banned over their actions the last time they graced the event. The office of the organizers, Charter House has deemed it necessary to bring back the two artistes but Shatta Wale has refused.

According to him, there should be a round table talk where agreements must be made before he accepts to counted as a nominee or performer.

Speaking at an interview on PEACE FM, the ‘1Don’ hit maker said;

I don’t know for Stonwbwoy but I told him that anytime that Charterhouse would want to bring us back, with the disgrace they made us face, they will have to come into a negotiation with us.

Because me as Shatta Wale, with how far I have come in the music industry with so much achievement, I don’t know what awards would do to me now. Because VGMA uses us to make money yet they’re disgracing us

I have never benefited anything from this award but they ended up locking me up in the police cell

They think. they’re playing with kids”
