A couple of photos surfaced on social media which has Ghanaian rapper, Michael Owusu Addo, well known as Sarkodie smoking.

Well, we all know King Sark has one of the most successful brands in Ghana when it comes to music. For over a decade in the game, it never occurred to his fans that the rapper is involved in some activities.
Unlike his colleagues, Shatta Wale, Stonebwoy, Samini, and the rest, Sarkodie is known to have no piercing, weird hairstyles, and tattoos on his skin.
He has built a brand that tags him as a non-smoker but his recent photos have raised eyebrows as to whether the rapper has started or has always been into the act.
In some photos which popped up on social media, the rapper was seen smoking as he poses for the camera. Another popped up which has him sitting next to his beautiful wife, smoking heavily.
In reaction to this, Shatta Wale has said that the Ghana music industry has turned into smoking because everyone is smoking in the industry because of him.
He tagged it as “Smoking Branding” indicating that people are now branding themselves as smokers because of him.
He wrote; “Now dierr smoking nkwaaa for Ghana music oooBecause of me everyone is smoking on cam smoking branding“

Meanwhile, Shatta Wale is currently in Miami enjoying life while putting in some works into his GOG Album. He has also announced that he will be retiring from music after the release of his album to venture into other businesses.
