Simi - Woman

Sensational award winning Nigerian female vocalist and performer, Simi is here with another beautifully crafted tune labeled; “Woman”.

The output is her first release in October. ‘Woman’ comes up after she dropped the French version to her smash hit single, “Duduke” which was released in June.

Simi, real name Simisola Kosoko

has been in the music scene for a while and has been consistent throughout the years. She started her career as a gospel singer.

Her debut studio album; “Ogaju” was released in 2008. Simi gained prominence with the release of her song; “Tiff” in 2014. The record, “Tiff” was nominated for Best Alternative Song at The Headies in 2015.

Simi is married to Nigerian singer, Adekunle Gold. They married in a private wedding ceremony in 2019. The couple recently celebrated their daughter, Adejare Kosoko 1st birthday with a lovely song titled; “Happy Birthday”.
