Ghanaian musician, Sister Derby has become an LGBTQ + activist and has lent his support to the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBTQ +) group calling for legalization in Ghana.
But in the legitimate thinking of a Facebook user named “Ebe Frim”, the anguish suffered by Sister Derby at the hands of Medikal could be one reason why she may no longer have an interest in the opposite sex.

“She is supporting them because the broken heart is too much,” she stated in his reaction to Derby’s support of the group.
Historically, Medikal and Sister Derby were in a serious romantic relationship until the rapper left her for Fela Makafui due to Fella’s big butt, her cooking skills, and other factors.
For the sake of clarity, most Africans frown at the idea of legalizing homosexuality, as it challenges all aspects of their sociocultural and religious principles.
Homosexuality is illegal in some 30 African countries and has laws that reprimand people caught in the act.
