A 15-year-old girl who is yet-to-be-identified was said to have been rescued from her kidnappers by a snake after they dragged her for a mile and tied her with ropes.

The case was confirmed by the Superintendent of Police, Samuel Aboagye at the Krachi East Police Commander, who said that the incident happened at Tokuroano in the Krachi East Municipality of the Oti Region.
The victim told the Ghana News Agency that after she was tied up, a snake from nowhere bit one of the kidnappers, and the others run to assist him, enabling her to escape. She said that before she escaped, the kidnappers told her they are taking the other one to the hospital for medical attention after which they will come back and finish what they started.
According to the victim, a man in his 70s with grey hair and a long beard who was wearing a facemask appeared out of nowhere and untied her and showed her the route home.
The event was immediately reported to the police, according to Madam Cynthia Adzoda, the victim’s female instructor.

Mr. Dominic Oppong Adjei who was present at the private birthday party organized by Afia Schwarzenegger for her twins was said to have blessed them with an amount of $10,000 each in celebration of their birthday.
A communicator for the National Democratic Congress(NDC) named Eric Adjei has petitioned the Commission on Human Rights and Administrative Justice (CHRAJ) to examine Mr. Dominic Oppong Adjei, who, according to him, has gone from poverty to riches.
