Social media personality and product influencer Efia Odo says most self-acclaimed music producer in Ghana are in just beat makers and not professional music producers.

She has made her statement as an opinion contribution to the ongoing exchange of words between music producers and artistes and the prominent one is Dancehall artist Shatta Wale and MOG.

On the record, Efia Odo is a known publically to be a Shatta Wale’s friend.

Taking to her twitter account, she tweeted “Some of all ain’t producers, y’all just beat makers. Making beats doesn’t qualify you as producer. Producing Music is a whole production and you are head of production.”

 One of the popular music producers known as MOG has disclosed that Dancehall Artist Shatta Wale has not paid him yet after producing ten (10) 

songs on his latest album the Reign Album.

Shatta Wale also defended himself and showed screen shot of money transactions he send to MOG for the songs he produced for him on the Reign Album, of which he paid GHC 1,000.00 per a production.

Last year, Rapper Sarkodie also got same bashed from a legendary music producer Zap Mallet on same case that the rapper has failed to pay him for producing a song for him.

Ghanaian music lovers have added their voices to the conversation and Efia Odo is one of them.
