The ‘trial’ of Menzgold company owned by business mogul, Nana Appiah Mensah went from bad to worst when the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) wrote to Menzgold Ghana to stop trading in gold without licence from with immediate effect.
In a formal letter which was made to that effect and signed by the Deputy Director General, Paul Ababio, SEC concluded that after a thorough investigations into Menzgold activities, they realize that they do not operate within the confines of the law.
Stonebwoy in his reaction, has said whatever the circumstance, he’s solidly behind his boss, Nana Appiah Mensah because the company has benefited Ghanaians.
He wrote;

Meanwhile lawyers for the embattled company, Menzgold literally laced their shoes to battle SEC in what promises to be an interesting legal encounter in the coming days.
