Menaye Donkor, wife of Ghanaian professional footballer Sulley Ali Muntari has shared her thoughts and reasons why she never gave in to a white wedding and preferred the traditional wedding.

According to her white weddings are not different from parties as invited guests only come to drink and dance their problems away. To her, the registration of the marriage and the traditional marriage seals everything, besides that was her and the father’s wish which fortunately for her, her inlaws accepted it.
