In the space of 17 hours, the Gofundme set up for Yoruba activist, Sunday Igboho has amassed over £13,000 equivalent to over N5.9m.
On Wednesday, one Maureen Badejo set up the fundraiser with a goal of £100,000 to help purchase buses for Sunday Igboho who has promised to embark on a tour to the Southwest States to flush out killer herdsmen in the region.

So far about 388 people have shown support by donating to the fundraiser to support Sunday’s goal.
Kunle Makinwa who donated £50 stated,
“Am an Oodua tokantokan, we will get by the grace of God Almighty.”
Oluseyi Soledolu gave £10, and wrote,
“I donated for a good cause.”
Sidikat Tope Olufowobi donated £200 writing;
“I donated because I am a Yoruba woman and want peace in my part of the country,”
