This was made known by the supreme court justices who are hearing the case involving the petitioner, John Dramani Mahama, the first respondent, the Electoral Commission of Ghana and second respondent, Nana Addo Dankwah Akufo-Addo.
The petitioner is praying the court annuls the results of the election held on December 7, 2020 where the second respondents was announced as the winner.
As we speak, several applications to reopen the case by the petitioner has been dismissed and in view of this, the court has scheduled the said date for the ruling.
The date was given during the recent hearing on Monday, February 22, 2021.
