Ghanaian actor Psalm Adjetefio popularly known as T.T or Taxi driver has been slapped by the electricity company of Ghana with a debt of GHc8,000.

The actor who was shocked by the huge bill he was slapped by the electricity company of Ghana (ECG) in an interview with Citi TV explained angrily how he has been fighting the company over the absurd bills.

According to him, he had earlier made a payment of GHc4,000 and another GHc4,500 to the electricity company. However, his son came to him complaining how the electricity company brought a notice that he needed to pay a needed sum of GH8,000.

The veteran actor T.T told the host that he personally went to the ECG office to find out what was going on as he sense there was some discrepancy and tricks due to the huge donations he received from Ghanaians.

T.T said that the ECG officer explained to him that the two huge amounts they earlier paid; GHc4,000 and GHc4,500 were just estimated bills but now, the real bill has been calculated which he needed to pay as GHc8,000.

Speaking angrily, he said, “Am I smelting iron in my house”, gesturing with his hand that he was surprised.
