Popular Nollywood actress, filmmaker, and movie producer Funke Akindele Bello has revealed the challenges she faced while taking up the role of Lefty in her Omo Ghetto, The Saga movie.
Funke Akindele opened up that she had to go through a lot of vigorous training, emotions and substitutions while playing the role of Lefty. According to her, she had to train herself perfectly in oder to truthfully interpret the character and deliver a flawless performance.

Above all, she was full of thanks for the many good reviews the movie has produced so far. Sharing some photos of her smoking on set, she captioned;
Taking up the character of #Lefty in #omoghettothesaga was quite challenging and it took a whole lot of rigorous training, emotions and substitution in truthfully interpreting the character.
I literarily lived, breathed and ate the character from the point I began to write, till the principal photography of the movie was done. I trained myself to perfectly do these things in order to deliver a flawless performance.
However, I’m grateful for the good reviews I’ve gotten so far concerning the delivery of LEFTY.

But then, Omo Ghetto has been the number one movie since its release six weeks ago. The movie was also dubbed the fastest Nigerian film to hit N100m in three days while breaking the record of amassed a domestic gross of N468,036,300 after being at number one for its third week in a row.
