Some youths have reportedly given a thief an energy drink after he was caught stealing in order to regain his strength to withstand the second round of beatings.
An eyewitness who shared the news online said the hoodlum was caught in the act of stealing some items from a man’s house. The youth of the community gathered around him and beat him to a pulp. However, in order to make him regain his strength from the first round of beating, they decided to give him “Rush Energy” drink to recover from the weakness he felt from the beatings he received.

The eyewitness shared the photo on his page with the caption, “Welcome to Takoradi Ghana, where subsequent to beating a criminal, we offer him a container of surge caffeinated drink so we can beat him once more. You perceive how kind we are. No spot like Taadi”.
