Popular Tanzanian comedian, actor and former Big Brother Africa winner, Idris Sultan is in the arms of the law for making mockery of a throwback photo of president John Magufuli.

In a video spotted on social media which was shared by Gistmania, the comedian was seen laughing hard at the retrospective photo of the first gentleman of the land. It is not clear what exactly made him laugh so hard buh has landed him in trouble.

Speaking with the BBC on Thursday May 21, lawyer Of the accused Benedict Ishabakaki said that his client is accused of contravening the Cybercrimes Act 2015 against cyberbullying.
Idris is currently in police custody, waiting to be prosecuted in the court of law. His legal team is prepared to fight the case in court.
