Nigerian President, Muhammadu Buhari has reacted to the killings of 43 farmers by Boko Haram.
It could be recalled that some farmers in the Borno State were beheaded by these terrorist and this has sent waves of panic among all Nigerians with prominent Nigerian questioning the security of the whole country.
The president reacted to this killing in a statement released by his spokesperson, Garba Shehu. The statement reads;
“I condemn the killing of our hardworking farmers by terrorists in Borno State. The entire country is hurt by these senseless killings. My thoughts are with their families in the time of grief. May their souls Rest In Peace.
The government had given all the needed support to the armed forces to take all necessary steps to protect Nigeria’s population and its territory.”
