After Ebony (may her soul rest in peace) fell heavily on the dagger of criticisms launched at her incessantly for her sense of fashion by Ghanaians, Wendy Shay is being targeted for the same ‘offense.’

The Rufftown signee has already hit the ground running with her viral Uber Driver song which is receiving massive airplay nationwide but her raunchy style of dressing has assumed center stage already.

However the singer, in an interview with Accra FM said she doesn’t see anything wrong what she puts on as an entertainer because it’s part of their craft to look hot for their teeming fans.

She said:

If MzVee or I, dress to the stage with things that bring out my body because of my figure I don’t see anything wrong with it.

A nurse wears her uniform so that one can identify that this person is a nurse. If you are an actor or singer you are an entertainer and you have to entertain your audience. For me, I call it an act it’s just an act. But I won’t dress like that to the market, it is just for the stage.

Her explanation is spot on and we think hypocritical Ghanaians should leave her alone.
