Ghanaian social media personality, Andrea Owusu, well known as Efia Odo has debunked rumors that Dancehall musician, Shatta Wale snatched her South African ambassadorial deal from her.

Speaking in an interview with Kofi Adoma on Kofi TV, the CEO of the wine shop only chose Shatta Wale over her due to some issues that popped up but the dancehall king did not in any way snatched the deal from her.
It would be vividly rec alled that it was reported that Shatta Wale “backstabbed” his bestie so he can have that deal for himself. According to Efia, this claim is false.
“Shatta did not take that deal for me. It was the C.E.O who decided on what she wanted. She was organizing an event and asked me to link her to Shatta Wale. I managed to convince Shatta and he came on board. Later Shatta became friends with the woman and then all I realized was he got the deal,” she said.
She further stated that she was a friend of the owner of the wine shop and helped her in so many things until she approached her with the deal. She said that at that time, she was naive and did not request any form of contractual agreement.
“When I met the woman, she was a fan and through that we became sisters. I was helping her with a lot of things and she proposed that we do business together. At that time I was very naive and didn’t request for any form of a contractual agreement. We continued with the business and when it got to a point where we were supposed to talk about an official signing, some issues popped up,” she added.
However, Efia Odo is now the newly signed brand ambassador for Euro Decor.
