Nigerian author and former aide to Goodluck Jonathan, Reno Omokri has schooled his fans on the importance of making money.
According to him, money has the capacity to give you a peace of mind that you would not envy your fellow neighbour or slander them for the least thing they do for you.
Taking to his Twitter page, he contrasted the difference between the rich and poor as he cited that the rich have less hate in their heart as compared to the poor.
He wrote:
Go to rich neighborhoods in any country. You will notice they are calm. Go to poor neighborhoods anywhere. You will observe that they are turbulent. The reason you hate your neighbour isn’t necessarily because he is bad. It is because you are broke
Money makes you calm. If someone hits your car, you will still be calm. If the power company brings an outrageous bill, you will still be calm. If your children destroy an expensive furniture, you are still calm. Because money answers all things
