The Minister of Finance, Ken Ofori Attah has made a controversial statement today during a program that has gotten a lot of people talking.

In a video circulating on social media, the minister was heard saying that some challenges some marriages face in this modern system compel or force the married man to have a concubine or a girlfriend.

Ken Ofori Atta made this comment while addressing an audience at a recent program. In his words, “The issue in Ghana for marriages is that somehow the system compels you to have a girlfriend and it’s a very difficult thing……” Ken said.

In other news, dancehall artist Wendy Shay has replied to comedian Afia Schwar as she trolls her. Afia Schwar was one of the known faces who fired Wendy Shay after the death of the late Ebony Reigns.

Afia Schwar was seen in a video earlier using Wendy Shay’s song to praise the new IGP and stated that the whole of Accra is tensed because of the actions of the IGP. She also spoke about how the “foolishness” on social media has reduced ever since he launched an act of arrest on people who broke the law.

Replying to Afia using her song in her recent video, Wendy Shay stated that she is happy how her haters have become believers and her fans.
