British World heavyweight champion, Anthony Oluwafemi Olaseni Joshua, doubled his fortune with £58 million in the year 2019 in his fight with Mexican boxer, Andy Ruiz Jr.

According to sport writers and popular newspaper, Sunday Times, the Nigerian born – British based boxer was the only sportsman to have raked in more money in the last year than any other British sports person.

Anthony’s highest earnings came from his fight with Mexican boxer, Andy Ruiz Jr. The first fight saw the British boxer fall to the feet of the mexican, losing all titles. AJ staged a rematch which came off in Saudi Arabia last year, December.
