Italy has lost the battle to the ruthless and unprecedented coronavirus. The country has been left in a state of despair as it death toll topples China’s to become the new epicentre of the virus.

Prime minister Guiseppe Conte has been left devastated as his citizens succumb to the deadly virus. 53,578 covid-19 cases have been recorded whilst 4,825 have been reported dead.

Captured in a post, the prime minister revealed that they have tried every means possible to eradicate the virus but all have proved futile.
