He’s right, he had two of the biggest songs in the country and his name was on everyone’s lips as the man of the moment but alas, after the ravaging disease grounded everything to a halt, he’s counting his losses, literally.
Speaking to Amansan Krakye of Central Radio, Lord Paper lamented the sad development and how it has ruined him.
He cried: “Coronavirus has really affected me. Because until Coronavirus came I was having one of the hottest song in the country which is asabone. Also, Dzigbordi was trending coupled with my VGMA nominations.
”So this could have been one of the best years for Lord Paper but because of this corona everything has been put on hold. For the first time I was nominated in the Ghana Music in the USA, Ghana Music in the UK and a lot of international awards.”
He however said he’s hopeful a vaccine will soon be found so things bounce to normalcy.
