King Ayisoba has taken a swipe at Ghanaian artists who mime and and rely solely on DJs to perform during shows, saying those who resort to this kind of performance are kids and artists who are yet to hit mainstream.

The singer whose unique local guitar and songs woven around his indigenous language with a touch of tradition also said he can never play a show in Ghana if it has nothing to do with live band.

Even if you pay me thirty billion for a show without live band, I will not perform. I will rather perform a well prepared live music than play with a dj, experiencing technical difficulties leading to humiliation” he said.
