A few months ago, Ghanaian music star, Tic, known in the music as Nana Kwaku Okyere Duah expressed his displeasure over the use of his music.
This was due to the fact that Nigerian Afrobeat star, Wizkid sampled one of his hit singles, Fefe Na Efe, which he recorded with Nigerian act, Tony Tetuila a couple of years ago.
Wizkid sampled the part of the song on his hit single ‘Gbese’. In the latest development, Both Tic and Tony Tetuila have sued Wizkid for copyright infringement. They are demanding an amount of Thirty Million Naira or part of the amount made from distribution.
