Ghanaian musician, Charles Nii Armah Mensah who is known as Shatta Wale has claimed in a recent post that being a celebrity is very hard.
The controversial and award-winning musician made this k nown in a recent post he made on his verified social media handle on the popular micro-blogging platform, Twitter.
In his post, he likened being a celebrity to locking yourself up in a maximum prison adding that it is very hard than anybody would think.
The post he made reads;
“To be a celebrity is like locking yourself up in whole maximum prison – shit is hard bro
There is no way you can’t live a normal life…
But it’s nice tho”
In a recent post, Shatta Wale once again sent some words towards the direction of his critics.
It could be noticed that Shatta Wale is one of the musicians in Ghana who really share their ideas on trending topics and in the end, he is ended up misquoted. He is mostly bashed and it seems he is not letting it get into his head.
According to him, people can twist whatever he says to suit their narrative adding that he does not care about it.
