1.Ernest Asuzu
.Ernest Asuzu was down with stroke in 2015 and he was spotted limping while he begged for money to eat at Shoprite in Surulere Lagos as reported by Daily Independent . He was still recovering from a stroke at the time .
A pastor came to his aid in 2016 and gifted him a brand new jeep worth N3.5m and 1.5 million to start a new life. The name of the pastor is Prophet Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin.

2.Uche Oduputa
.Uche Oduputa revealed that his financial situation led him into trafficking and he was arrested for trafficking drugs and was jailed for two years and three weeks.
He resorted to trafficking drugs because he saw it as an easy way for him to make some quick money.
3.Dejumo Lewis
Dejumo Lewis: the actor declared his financial status in 2015 and said that he was broke despite his legendary status in Nollywood.
In his own words: “I had to struggle to pay my rent and my staff. I must admit that right now, I am indebted to the management of the hotel that I am staying. I also owe two of my staff more than three months salary. They have been so loyal and committed to me,”

4.Tajudeen Oyewole (Abija)
Tajudeen Oyewole who is better known as Abija in Nollywood is a popular Yoruba actor who has said that the money he earned from his acting career wasn’t sufficient for his upkeep despite his ‘icon’ status.
In an interview with the Nation IN 2015, he said: “I am not rich; I don’t have a roof over my head, which is part of measuring one’s wealth in this part of the world; I don’t even have a land,”

Kayode Odumosu is the last on our list and he became broke due to his medical condition as he was diagnosed with both liver and heart ailments. He disclosed in an interview in 2011 that he went broke as a result of the expensive drugs he was asked to use to cure his ailments.
