Sarkodie is Ghana’s best and most commecially successful rapper of all time and the metrics are there to substatiante this.
Just as we all have favourite rappers, Sarkodie has listed the rappers he thinks are holding the music industry down in Ghana when he was asked to name his favourite.

In that sphere, Obidi, albeit in a league of his own- still thinks there other rappers who are doing great in the industry and almost possess his quality, except that they are separated by a few distinctions.
“For the young ones, I will mention Strongman, Kwesi Arthur and Amerado”, he told Mac De President of Opemsuo FM during his recent radio tour to promote his upcoming album, ‘No Pressure.’

Meanwhile, Sarkodie put up a surprise performance in the Ashanti Regional capital, Kumasi at the wedding reception of a newlywed couple.
Apparently, the couple had no idea Obidi has been billed as a surprise package to add the icing on their nuptial cake and it was evident in the cacophony of noise that erupted when Sarkodie popped up and started performing.
The wedding guests also burst into a spontaneous noise and applause upon sighting Africa’s best rapper of all time.
Sarkodie, who was flanked by his General- Angelo aka Angel Town, went ahead to dish out some beautiful tunes from his rich repertoire and entertained everyone to the fullest.
