The track record of Minneapolis police officer, Derek M. Chauvin whose actions led to the death of George Floyd has found it way into the public domain.

According to the list compiled and confirmed by police spokesperson John Eider, Derek has been involved in gruesome killings and wrong use of police techniques in hostile situations over the years.

On 25th May 2020, the police officer held down George Floyd who was lying face down and hard pressed his knee on his neck while George begged for his life. Several attempt to get him off the neck proved futile as he looked composed discharging his duty as an enforcer of the law. George Floyd eventually died from the gruesome technique used by police officer Derek M. Chauvin.

The police officer has been involved in most police killings dated back in 2008 without any trial or arrest.
