Black Avenue boss, Desmond Blackmore who is widely known as D-Black is being hailed by a University of Ghana student. The student is expressing his profound gratitude to the musician for paying his school fees.
The student identified as Obiri Tete stated emphatically that D-Black ought to be acknowledged by the Ghanaian media just like the USA media do to Jay Z.
The student took to Twitter as he heaped massive praises on D-Black for paying his fees for last semester.
“Jay Z out here saving people with his money. @DBLACKGH also did same for me and some other folks last semester but the Ghanaian media no go talk about how he helped college students pay their fees!!! Some heroes don’t really need capes you know… Thanks Black!!!”, he wrote in his tweet.
