In a report made by Linda Ikeji’s Blog, Lagos socialite, Pretty Mike is still at the Lagos State Taskforce Office and this comes after he failed to meet his bail conditions.
It could be recalled that the socialite was arrested on March 4 over the failure of the Cubana night club to adhere to COVID19 protocols.
On Saturday, February 27, over 200 clubgoers and workers of the club were arrested by the police for failing to adhere to the COVID-19 guidelines.
The socialite is a shareholder of the club and he went to the police station where these club goers where taken to see the police over the arrest.
Upon reaching there, he was immediately arrested as well. Speaking to LIB, the spokesperson of the Lagos state police command, Muyiwa Adejobi revealed why the socialite is still in the custody of the police.
The police spokesperson indicated that the socialist was charged to the Mobile court in Oshodi yesterday adding that the reason why he is in the custody of the police is because he has failed to meet his bail conditions.
He said;
”He is a consultant and manager of the place. He was charged to the mobile court yesterday but he has not met his bail conditions. He is still with them there in taskforce Oshodi. He has not met his bail conditions which include One million Naira, a traditional ruler, and someone who owns a landed property. He is still looking for those ones.”
