Ever since Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy took their social media feud to the stage of the biggest event in Ghana, VGMA 2019, they have received special attention from Ghanaians and now reports indicates that, the Government of Ghana has stepped in to settle whatever is between these two.
The government through the Ministry of Tourism, culture and creative arts has revealed plans of mediating in the dispute between dancehall artistes, Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy.
The sector minister, Barbara Oteng-Gyasi, noted that the move is to help prevent what could possibly be an unhealthy escalation.
“We are going to engage them together with MUSIGA, to ensure that we resolve whatever underlying issue that is there, so that we don’t have an escalation, going forward into the future,” she said in an interview.
