Host of the VGMA 2019, Kwame Sefa Kayi has revealed how he felt when the brawl between Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale happened.
The ‘Chairman General’ revealed that he was absolutely devastated when the incident happened noting that he was scared to the marrow.
He stated that, anything could have happened considering how tensed the environment was and the display of a gun by one of the sides.
“I came with my wife to enjoy the show. Young girls and boys present, Ministers of state there, British High Commissioner in attendance and you come up together with Berla Mundi as MCs for the show which was going on well and something happens and guns are pulled, you for look sharp.”, he said in an interview.
He further added that, “I was frightened by happenings because it could have been anything. It could have turned into something very unpleasant especially when the free for all fight started on the stage. But for the timely intervention of the security and the few spirited individuals who remained calm, there would have been recorded deaths.”
