The VGMAS is happening this Saturday, and according to Stonebwoy, he would be very happy to win the Reggae/dancehall Artiste of the Year again this year so as to make it five times in a row for him.
In an interview with George Quaye on JOY FM, he said,
“I would really-really love to win the Reggae/Dancehall Artiste of the year again this year so as to make it five times in a row for me. Jah knows i’ve put in the works, i’ve been on proper stages in the year under review, i’ve released the songs as well, and so i just have to win this Reggae/Dancehall Artiste of the year category again “.
When asked whether he’s voting because he’s that eager to win it again, he said, “Yes, the fans are voting, and i’m also voting, i really want to win his category again”.
Stonebwoy has been nominated in about 10 categories this year.
