Captain of the Ghanaian senior national team, Andre Dede Ayew scored two goals after returning to Swansea City from his loan spell with the Turkish side, Fenebarche.
The Swans won their game against Northampton by 3 goals to 1 and it was Dede Ayew’s goal that sealed the victory for them after conceding the first goal in the match.
He came on as a substitute and scored his two goals as Swansea came from behind to seal qualification into the second round of the EFL cup competition.
It was speculated that Swansea City were ready to offload him considering his earnings at the club, but considering how vital he was in this match, maybe they may have a change of mind.
