Ghanaian Hiplife/ Hip Hop musician Kweku Flick over the weekend stormed the campus of Kumasi Academy (KUMACA) and he was well received by the students and the people around.

Kweku Flick seems to have paid a visit to one of his siblings who is a student in the institution and decided to take a little stroll around the campus with his siblings and his whole entourage. The students who quickly recognized him swamped him all over cheering and wanting to take pictures with him.

Later, the rapper seems to have caught the attention of almost all the students and parents around the campus who came to visit their wards. He was forced to sit in his because of the pressure from some of the students.

The 20-year-old rapper first came into the music scene after dropping his ‘Awake’ song but rose to fame after dropping his second single which became an instant hit titled ‘Money’ in 2020. He later that year completed St. Hubert Seminary Senior High School.

Kweku Flick was met with a lot of controversies after his ‘Money’ song went viral as most entertainment pundits and critics and music lovers accused him of copying the style of Tema-based Ghanaian rapper and the leader of Ground Up crew, Kwesi Arthur.

Later after a couple of interviews with the rapper on live radio and television, people got to understand that he wasn’t copying Kwesi Arthur as that’s how he normally talks.

Kweku Flick has been on the projects of other musicians like Kweku Darlington, Sista Afia, KoJo Cue with the biggest among them being the feature with self-acclaimed African Dancehall King Shatta Wale’s ‘Ahodwo Las Vegas’ song.
