The lady who was flogged and made to squat for flouting the COVID-19 lockdown in Kumasi by Police has finally spoken.
According to reports, the lady sneaked to her boyfriend’s house successfully in the evening but on her way back to her own house at dawn, she ran out of luck and the police caught her.
Well, in a video, the lady denied the rumours she was going to see a man – She thus asked critics to leave her alone and stop talking.
She further asked all social media users to stop calling her ‘ashawo’ because she was not visiting a man’s house as being speculated. “Even if I was going to see a man and the police caught me, what do you care? Stop spoiling my name and putting me on social media.
