It is quite a normal thing for parents to be overprotective over their ‘celebrity’ children. Not long ago, Ghana’s youngest DJ, DJ Switch was in the United States where she met and dined with prominent people in the world including billionaire, Bill Gates and the President of France, Emmanuel Macron.
The young girl was introduced into the limelight by DJ Fuad and as such some accolades should be accorded to him. And it seems DJ Fuad wasn’t shown any appreciation after what he has done for DJ Switch.
Popular music producer, Mark Okraku Mantey, commenting on the issues, really felt the young girl’s management team, notably her parents, erred massively in neglecting the efforts of DJ Fuad, although they claim they paid him.
“…,it is not the monies that they have given to him (DJ Fuad), but its only civilized, it is only nice, only humane to say that, Bro I appreciate what you have done for me”, he said.
We really agree with what Mark is saying. Sometimes a word of appreciation goes a long way to light up a soul in distress.
