Africa’s oldest and longest serving Head of State, Robert Mugabe is experiencing a political nightmare as thousands of Zimbabweans have called for his removal from office.
In a video shared by AFP on Twitter, they can be seen chanting and holding banners requesting the 93-year old to step down from power.

Earlier this week, the military placed him under house arrest in an attempt to get him to relinquish power.
Negotiations are ongoing and the ruler, who on Friday, made his first appearance since house arrest, is said to be resisting pressure to step down.
