In a video we have in our possession, Black Stars general captain, Asamoah Gyan was heard telling Ghanaians to leave footballers, especially the Black Stars players to enjoy their salaries because they really put in much effort to get it.
According to Asamoah Gyan they (the players) really deserve what they request and that no one should talk when it comes to enjoying the fruit of their labour.
Most Ghanaians believe the Black Stars players take too much money from the nation as winning bonuses so these players are most often lambasted if their performances are way below standard.
In the video, Asamoah Gyan also descended on Ghanaians who normally complain about the money they usually request as bonuses. He labeled such situation as ‘very ridiculous’.
