A civilian hits a uniformed military officer who was punishing him and others for disobeying the partial lockdown rules.. This guy defied the lockdowm order, and was been punished by the military man.
The military man then started beating him up, and the man also punched the Military man in the face and started running away. Then the Military man clocked his gun and chased him.
