A report we have sighted suggests that the chairman of the Warri North local government area of Delta state, Aduge Okorodudu has been kidnapped by unknown gunmen.
Per the report, the incident took place on was on Saturday, August 8 and this was after these criminals opened fire on him and his driver.
Confirming the news was Mohammad Garba who is the assistant commissioner of police in charge of the Warri area command.
Reacting to this, he stated that the police are doing everything in their power to locate the politician and rescuing him.
Garba assured journalists that the police are doing their utmost to locate the council chairman’s whereabouts and secure his release.
